Respect and Cancellation Courtesy The purpose of this policy is to respect the time of other patients and therapist. When you book an appointment, the time slot and preparations are reserved just for you. This means that if another patient is in need of a treatment, they will not be able to book in your reserved time slot. By rescheduling or cancelling last minute, you are taking away an opportunity for another patient to receive treatment. In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, the full price of the service you booked will be charged as a late cancellation/rescheduling/no show fee. I appreciate your respect and cooperation.

My vision is to provide the best massage therapy experience and care to patients. I operate with the highest standards in terms of quality of treatments, and comfort of the environment.

My approach to treatment is dynamic and aims to balance relaxation and mechanical effectiveness to optimize your mental and physical health. My treatment plan for each patient and session is different despite treating a similar concern. I am able to treat in different degrees of pressure, so whether you prefer light, moderate, or deep pressure, I will adapt to your body’s needs and goals you wish to achieve. Some of the techniques that you may experience in my treatment include: general Swedish massage, fascia release, trigger points release, joint mobilization, proprioception techniques, and stretching.
