My approach to treatment is dynamic and aims to balance relaxation and mechanical effectiveness to optimize your mental and physical health. My treatment plan for each patient and session is different despite treating a similar concern. I am able to treat in different degrees of pressure, so whether you prefer light, moderate, or deep pressure, I will adapt to your body’s needs and goals you wish to achieve. Some of the techniques that you may experience in my treatment include: general Swedish massage, fascia release, trigger points release, joint mobilization, proprioception techniques, and stretching.
